Event: Fall Fellowship and Awards Banquet
Date: October 17-19, 2014
Location: Camp T. Brady Saunders
Check-in will be at the Administration Building between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM Friday evening. Scout field uniform will be required for Saturday evening and Sunday morning. Departure on Sunday is at 10:30 AM.
Registration cutoff is Wednesday, October 8th after which late fees will be applied (strictly enforced). Due to the cost of food purchases and program materials, no refunds will be made unless notification of cancellation is made to the Council Service Center (phone 804-355-4306) prior to closing (5:00 PM) on the Wednesday preceding the event or for an emergency.
