Event: Fall Fellowship and Awards Banquet
Date: October 14-16, 2016
Location: Camp T. Brady Saunders
 
Check-in will be at the Administration Building between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM Friday evening. Scout field uniform will be required for Saturday evening and Sunday morning. Departure on Sunday is at 10:30 AM.  Please bring proper camping equipment for the weather including clothing, sleeping gear, and a tent [Scouts who are under 18 years of age must NOT share a tent with someone who is 18 years of age or older or who is another youth more than two years apart in age (except for family members)].
 
Late fees will be applied after October 2nd, and online registration will cutoff after October 9th (strictly enforced). Due to the cost of food purchases and program materials, no refunds will be made unless notification of cancellation is made to the Council Service Center (phone 804-355-4306) prior to closing (5:00 PM) on the Wednesday preceding the event or for an emergency.
