Payment may be made online using this system with Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover cards. Payment is also accepted by check. All check payments should be mailed to the Richmond council service center at the address on the payment summary page within the system.

Cancellation Policy

If paying by mail, please allow sufficient time for payment to be received in the Richmond office before Conclave. Registration refunds may be issued if requested by April 1, 2015. Should you need to request a refund, contact Conclave Registrar either by email at registration@sr7a.org or call 804-204-2643.
