Event: OA Fall Fellowship and Awards Banquet
Date: November 10-12, 2017
Location: Camp T. Brady Saunders
  • Registration Opens - Monday, September 25
  • Early Bird Discount - Register by Sunday, October 22
  • Late Fee - After Sunday, October 29
  • Registration Closes - Sunday, November 5

Check-in will be at the Administration Building between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM Friday evening. Scout field uniform will be required for Saturday evening and Sunday morning. Departure on Sunday is at 10:30 AM.  Please bring proper camping equipment for the weather including clothing, sleeping gear, and a tent [Scouts who are under 18 years of age must NOT share a tent with someone who is 18 years of age or older or who is another youth more than two years apart in age (except for family members)].

Late fees will be applied after October 29, and online registration will cutoff after November 5 (strictly enforced). Due to the cost of food purchases and program materials, no refunds will be made unless notification of cancellation is made to the Council Service Center (phone 804-355-4306) prior to closing (5:00 PM) on the Wednesday preceding the event or for an emergency.
