The Exploring Learning for Life career education program is for young men and women who are at least 14 (and have completed the eighth grade) or 15 years of age but not yet 21 years old.

Exploring's purpose is to provide experiences to help young people mature and become responsible and caring adults.  Explorers are ready to explore the meaning of interdependence in their personal relationships.

This is the Online Registration Form for Explorer Post 616, a program that helps high school students learn about careers in Design, a seven session program.  Post 616 is run by Baskervill.

The information session of Post 616 will be on Monday, December 4, 2017 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Baskervill, 101 S. 15th Street, Richmond, VA 23219
Exploring is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Boy Scouts of America that is open to young men and women aged 14-20.  Young people who join Post 616 are joining Exploring, not the Boy Scouts of America.  The Heart of Virginia Council oversees the Exploring Program in Central Virginia, with over 17 different Posts that allow young people to explore careers in Architecture, Health, Fire & EMS Services, Law Enforcement, Engineering, Veterinary Science, and Broadcasting.
