2017 December Nawakwa Lodge Trail Crew Registration

Powhatan State Park Service Project

December 15-16, 2017

On the weekend of December 15-16, 2017, Nawakwa Lodge will host a Trail Crew Service Project located at Powhatan State Park to continue working on a connector trail from the camping facility to the trail system. This is a great opportunity to participate in a service project that will literally leave a legacy beyond the lodge and for years to come in the greater community.

A list of supplies/gear needed for the event will be sent with instructions prior to the event Participants will be camping at Cub Adventure Camp and then be transported to and from Powhatan State Park. We will also limit participation to only 100 Arrowmen. Each Trail Builder will earn a set of 2 unique lodge flaps.

Payment of $30 will include lodging, meals, OATC long-sleeve work t-shirt, and 1 set of OATC lodge flaps. [2017 Spring attendees: Pack your shirt -- a new item will be waiting for you!]

Cancellation Policy
Due to the cost of food purchases and supplies, no refunds will be made unless notification of cancellation is made to the Council Service Center (phone 804-355-4306) prior to closing (5:00 PM) on the Wednesday preceding the event or for an emergency.
