2018 Spring Nawakwa Lodge Trail Crew
George Washington/Jefferson National Forest Service Project
April 6-8, 2018
On this weekend, Nawakwa Lodge will return to repair and maintain the Arrow Corps Loop of the George Washington/Jefferson National Forest. Our lodge helped build this trail over several years from 2008 to 2012. This is a great opportunity to participate in a service project that leaves a legacy beyond our lodge for the greater community. Register now to secure your spot.
All participants must complete and submit Parts A, B, & C of the BSA Annual Health and Medical Record, and a Volunteer Service Agreement. A list of supplies/gear needed for the event will be sent with instructions prior to the event. We will also limit participation to only 30 youth and 20 adults per lodge, so register as soon as possible to ensure you are a part of this unique opportunity. For more information, or if you have questions, please contact TrailCrew@Nawakwa.org for details.
Payment of $35 will include lodging, meals, OATC long-sleeve work t-shirt, and 1 set of OATC lodge flaps.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the cost of food purchases and supplies, no refunds will be made unless notification of cancellation is made to the Nawakwa Registration Team at registration@nawakwa.org prior to closing (5:00 PM) on the Wednesday preceding the event or for an emergency.
