located at 222 Boy Scout Lane, Swoope, VA 24479.

Payment

Payment may be made online using this system with Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover cards. Payment is also accepted by check. All check payments should be mailed to the Richmond council service center at the address on the payment summary page within the system.

Conclave Trading Post

While completing your Conclave registration, you will have the opportunity to also order Conclave Trading Post merchandise. Conclave Trading Post merchandise orders must be placed by February 28, 2014.

Medical Forms

All weekend participants of the 2014 SR-7A Conclave are required to submit a medical form. As you complete the online Conclave registration process, you will be instructed to download and complete a medical form. This form should be mailed to Heart of Virginia Council at the Richmond, VA address. Day participants are not required to complete a medical form.

$15.00 per Philmont Reunion @ Conclave 2014 - Saturday Only

Cancellation Policy

All Conclave Trading Post merchandise orders are non-refundable. Conclave pre-order items orders are considered complete when payment is received. If paying by mail, please allow sufficient time for payment to be received in the Richmond office to assure your order will be accepted. Registration refunds may be issued if requested by April 1, 2014. Should you need to request a refund, contact Shane Eppard either by email at registration@sr7a.org or call 804-204-2643.
