Payment may be made online using this system with Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover cards. Payment is also accepted by check. All check payments should be mailed to the Richmond council service center at the address on the payment summary page within the system.

All OA members in good standing of the following Lodges are invited to attend. You are registering with the Lodge indicated in RED.

Conclave Trading Post

While completing your Conclave registration, you will have the opportunity to also order Conclave Trading Post merchandise. Conclave Trading Post merchandise orders must be placed by February 29, 2016. If you are not planning to attend Conclave 2016 but would like to place a Conclave Trading Post merchandise order, you should also use this system.

Medical Forms

All participants of the 2016 SR-7A Conclave are required to submit a medical form. As you complete the online Conclave registration process, you will be instructed to download and complete a medical form. This form should be mailed to your local council office as instructed.

Late fee

After 3/27/2016 a fee of $15.00 will apply to all Conclave Participant Adult Registrants.
After 3/27/2016 a fee of $15.00 will apply to all Conclave Participant Youth Registrants.

Cancellation Policy

All Conclave Trading Post merchandise orders are non-refundable. Conclave pre-order items orders are considered complete when payment is received. If paying by mail, please allow sufficient time for payment to be received in the Richmond office to assure your order will be accepted. Registration refunds may be issued if requested by April 1, 2016. Should you need to request a refund, contact Conclave Registrar either by email at registration@sr7a.org or call 804-204-2643.
